How can you get icons from Visio's toolbars and menu?

I'm trying to build an application using Visio 2003 ActiveX control and wants
reuse some of icons on Visio's toolbar and menu. Is there way I can export
those icons out of Visio or is there any other way?

I kind of cheated and used a graphics editor. Takes a lot of time, bu
at least my images are similiar to Visio'

There are a number of programs available which can extract icons from .exe,
..ocx and .dll files. From the reviews I’ve read this is one of the better
icon editors:

free upgrades for life!

However, I've not tried and so I don't know whether the Visio toolbar and
menu icons can be extracted in this way. There is a free 30 day trial of
Axialis IconWorkshop so I guess you'd have nothing to lose by trying.
