Using original Visio toolbar icons for ActiveX control

Dear All,

we are using the Visio ActiveX Control in our C# application. As explained
in several technical articles, it is not possible to display the original
Visio toolbars inside a common Windows Form. However, we would like to
provide our users with a familiar look&feel by using the original Visio
toolbar icons.

Now my questions:
1.: Does Microsoft allow their partners to use these icons?
2.: Are the icons available somewhere or can they be ordered at Microsoft?
(Using an image grabber is not acceptable for us since we want to behave
legal.)
