How can you sync h .pst files from Outlook 2002 and 2003 on a c.

I have Desktops with Outlook 2002 and 2000. I need to be able to exchange
information (emails, Contacts) between the versions. I tried the MS solution
of establishing a "Old " file in the 2003 Outlook and Exporting the data from
it to the Old file. I could not get it to work

Define "Could not get it to work?" Why? Any error messages? What happens
if you try? Did you try copying the items from the old to the new?
