How come Offixe XP Help menu does not load completely?

In all the office xp apps, Excel, Word, Outlook and etc. When I luanch the
help menu, the menu does not load completely. I'm getting a plain widows
without the search features. The search feature area is not loading.

---I have re-installed OFFICE XP serveral times and it did not resolve the
problem..
