How create UNDISCLOSED RECIPIENTS

I've seen people name a distribution group UNDISCLOSED RECIPIENTS and I think
they put it in the TO field, yet it doesn't show the recipients' email
addresses (I can't remember if I actually checked this in the OPTIONS button,
though).

I'm setting up our school with all the students and their info. I am
creating distribution lists such as Grade-1st, Grade-4th, etc. I always told
the teachers to just use the BCC field with these distribution lists that way
no one will see each other's email addresses, but is there a different way
using the UNDISCLOSED RECIPIENTS? If so, how do I use this?

Undisclosed recipients is a fancy way of using the BCC field in some email
clients. Outlook doesn't support it. To mimic it, create a contact by that
name and put your email address in it (or some other valid address - generic
mailbox or something). Put that contact in the to field and the others in
the BCC field.

Use BCC. Some mail systems put UNDISCLOSED RECIPIENTS in the To field when
the actual recipients are in the BCC field.
