How Digital Signature work in office.

Hi every one,
I'd like to know how the digital signature in office 2003 work,I can work
with it but I need technical information about the digital signature
architecture,I'd like to know how digital signature in word call Crypto API
and how work with Crypto Service Provide(CSP).
If someone have information about which CSP is uses in digital signature
please help me.
