How do I add a line on top of a stacked column chart

I would like to add add a line (population growth) on top of a stacked column
chart (share of activity -- adding up to 100%), but cannot find how to do it.
In general, I don't know how to make custom graphs like this.

You must select chart type while in Chart Edit mode.
Double click on Chart. In your Browswer, click Chart >
Chart Type.
