how do I add an extra 'click here' box on the slide master (ppt)?

I'd like to add another 'click here' box on the slide master page - can it be
done? If so, how?

can I change one that's already on there? (i.e. I don't want a date, but do
want a click here placeholder)?

You can't change the Date Area to a "Click here to add text". But you can
delete any of the placeholders.
