How do I add go/no-go decision points to my Gantt chart?

I need to add go / no-go decision icons to my Gantt chart. I would like the
icons to be different than the Milestone icons. Also, I would like to add
icons that represent Inputs and Outputs from different organizations. How do
I add all these items to a Gantt chart? I'm using Project 2000, and am
relatively new to Project.
Thank you.

Eve,
Well, perhaps your best bet is to use the Drawing tools found on the
Drawing toolbar. They don't have a lot of flexibility but they are
probably adequate for what you need. Although text boxes with info or
custom graphic items can be attached to various points on the Gantt
bars, I would caution you to not overdue it. It is very easy to quickly
create a lot of clutter and make the Gantt very difficult to read. If
you want to list inputs and outputs on various tasks, I suggest you use
a spare text field (e.g. Text1) and display that as a column in the view
rather than trying to put the information on the Gantt itself.

I recommend you use the Format dialog along with Flags and user date
fields to display the go-no-go tasks
