How do i add multiple presentations into one?

I'm useing PP for song slide for church, how do just add a file to another
one so i don't have to cut and paste every time i want a song? Is there a
Click and drag option? or do i just have to cut and past every time....

Mark,

some people like to

view menu > slide sorter

then 'cut and paste' the odd slide (or multiple slides , by holding down the
CTRL key to select the slides you want)


Some people like to

insert menu > slides from file

Go to Insert>>>Slides from File, find the presentation you want to grab
slides from and insert. Now you have an updated presentation.
