how do I add my logo to a standard envelope

I want to add my logo to a standard 9x4" and a 8 x 11" envelopes. How do I
add it in Outlook? Can I insert a design into Outlook Contact Manager from
Publisher?

Save your logo as a picture if you have Publisher 2002-03, other versions, copy and
paste into a Paint or Draw program and save as... Handle the logo the same way you do
any other image in the Contact Manager.
