How do I add sound files users on different computers can hear?

I created a presentation on powerpoint that included music files. I have to
send this presentation to many people on other computers. How do I make the
sound file so that it is not directed from my computer?

Brittany,

I create training programs that use very large narration files and I embed
them into the file so that links are not included, and the customer can play
the program on any computer.

Click on the "Tools" menu and at the bottom of the drop down menu click on
"Options"

Under "General Options" you should see an entry for linking audio files. In
the window in that line you can increase the file size of the audio files
that will become embedded as part of the final program.

As an example, I have changed this setting to allow up to a 20 meg file to
be enbedded with each slide. If this setting is left at the default setting,
any file larger than the default setting will automatically link to the
original file location rather than becoming a movable part of the final file.

Bear in mind that the overall program file size will increase with each
audio file that is embedded.

Good Luck,

Dick W
