How do I add the "remaining work" field to custom resource usage .

I need to be able to run a cross-tab report, but using "remaining work"
rather then work, actual work, etc. I cannot seem to add this field, even
though I would assume that it is held on the same table.

pebbles,
For whatever reason, remaining work is not a timescaled value. That is,
Project does not create a time phased set of values (i.e. values spread
over the duration).

Is there a particular reason you want to show remaining work spread over
the remaining duration of the task?

Thanks John. I need this as our internal reporting requires an estimate of
remaining work, by resource, over the next 4 months (totaled by month). If it
is not possible, I will need to run the report for Work and then for Actual
Work, and subtract one from the other.

pebbles,
You're welcome. It's not that is isn't possible, it's just that you will
either need to make the two runs as you suggest or you could use VBA.
