how do I allow for travelling time?

Does anyone know how to allow for travelling time when making an appointment?
For example, I make an appointment for 10am but I need 2 hours to get to the
appointment, so what I would like to happen it that I make the appointment
for 10am but show that I need 2 hours to get there. So between 8am and 10am
the time is greyed out. I know many of you will say, just add the travelling
time onto the appointment and make it xx mins earlier. But if you have 100's
appointments eventually you don't know what time the actual appointment is.

In that case I'd make a seperate appointment for the travel time(s)

You might find this shortcut useful if you have to make a zillion "travel "
appointments - use Right Mouse drag to Copy the Travel appointment.
