How do I backup a fp2002 web?

Hello
I have a small site created, everything is frontpage
except for a IPB forum which should be contained within a
subweb.
I created the entire site on the server.
Is there an easy way to back-up the entire site?
Please explain.
Is there an easy way to restore it?
Please explain.
Even if there is no easy way how do I back it up?

Hi Ahroc,

1. Open the web on the net using FP (File | Open web | Enter the URL to the
web site.
2. Publish the web to your back up harddrive.
