HOW DO I CANCEL AN EMAIL THAT I SENT BY MISTAKE?

if you are on exchange AND the other person hasn't opened...AND they use the
same exchange server also....
open the item in your sent items and under Actions -> Recall this message.

If not, I don't think you can.
