How do I change default view when track changes is on

How do I change default view when track changes in on from "Final Showing
Markup" to "Final".

For a start, you can clear the check box for "Make hidden markup visible
when opening or saving" on the Security tab of Tools | Options, but keep in
mind that there's a good reason this option is on the Security tab.
