How do I change my Word Document defaults such as the printer

[How do I set Printer Default on Word?]

I would like to change my printer default on all newly opened Word Processing
Documents as follows:

I want the default new Word Document to print pages "Draft" and then under
"Advanced" I want the default to be to print in "Black."

Please let me know how I can change this. When I changed it after opening a
Word Document and going to "Options" it obviously only changed it for that
particular new document. However, I want the default set for all Word
documents as stated above.

Word generally uses the default values for your printer
as far as print quality.

Set your defaults under printer properties through
Start=>settings=>Printers
