How do I change the case of my letters without typing it again?

I just wanted to know how to change the case of my typing into upper-case to
lower case of vice versa...?

Highlight the text, shift + F3

But don't do that to your posts here. ;-)

Isn't it as easy to type over again rather than attempt to highlight and
then find Shift-F3?.. sometimes I think that I miss out on things..

I'd have to say it depends on the amount of text you'd need to retype.
Consider a document sent to you that is typed in all uppercase. :)
