This can depend on your version of Publisher. Newer versions of Publisher
will require you to change your calendar settings by going into your
regional settings and changing them to match the country of choice that uses
the week you specify. All of your regional settings can be accessed in your
Control Panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel)
