How do I change the dpi (dots per inch) in Publisher?

The "Magically add detail" command is right there next to the "Restore lost
evenings" and "Fire boss" buttons

The only way to increase DPI on a raster image is to decrease the printed
size.

I posted back on March 2nd regarding this. Look for the thread titled
"Changing the dpi setting when saving a file as a jpg"
