How do I change the incorrect, overall, Project finished date?

How do I change the incorrect, overall, Project finished date?

I need finished date to be 11/23/05...not 12/01/05, but iit is grayed out.

Hi,

The project finish date is the finish date of the last task to finish (isn't
that utterly logical?)
Shorten your tasks, change links, do whatever you can to make the tasks
finish earlier.
Your project finish will follow.
