I would like to change the resource distribution from linear to bell or back
loaded distribution. How do I go about doing that in Project.

In the Resource Usage view double click the button next to the task/resource
sline you wish to edit to show the Assignment Information dialog box. In
the pulldown for the work contour field select the contour you'd like to
apply.
