how do i check the progress of send/receive?

I have Microsoft Outlook and am trying to keep the send/receive dialog box
up. I accidentally clicked "hide this box always", but want to be able to see
it and the status bar at the bottom.

tools, send/receive settings - browse the menus until you find the option
for show progress.
