how do I clear clipboard outside of Office XP?

I would like to be able to view or clear the clipboard without having to go
into Office to do so. How can I set up a shortcut for accessing the clipboard
in XP?

Create a shortcut on your desktop. The clipboard is in this folder
C:\WINNT\system32
The icon is called clipbrd.exe, drag it to the desktop, right-click, create shortcut.
