How do I clear the cache, and can I select cookies to be removed,.

THis really isn't a WORD issue, however, I need to clear the cache and remove
selected cookies from my computer that is now going to be use at my office.
There have been some sites visited that are inappropriate for the the office.

Have you tried opening your browser, clicking the "Tools" menu, clicking
"Internet Options", clicking the "General" TAB, then Clearing History,
Deleting Cookies, and Deleting Files"? Empty your Recycle Bin, then DON'T
do it again! HA!
