How do I completely remove and delete outlook from my computer

Just like any other application; use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel

I hope you are asking about Office's Outlook, not Windows' Outlook Express--a
completely diff program. You cannot remove Outlook Express, but you can
ignore it. Just pick another program as your default email handler in
Internet Options and never use OE.

I have tried to ignore windows outlook but it keeps rearing its ugly head and
insists on being the default mail carrier of certain programs when you try to
email something. It does it on my olympus camera software, and craigslist
postings among others. Is there no way to stop it? The default email handler
does not work

So uninstall it if you don't use it.
