How do I constrain a line to 30 degrees?

I have Office 2010 Pro. Is it possible to constrain a shapes/line to 3
degrees? I thought by holding shift this would work but that onl
changes the length of the line. Also, when drawing the line I see i
will constrain to 45 degrees. Is it possible to change the 45 degrees t
30 degrees?

Thanks,

I don't believe this is possible. After you have drawn a straight
horizontal/vertical line, you can change the rotation to any desired amount
using Drawing Tools | Format | Arrange | Rotate | More Rotation Options.
