How do I convert a Microsoft Project file into a PDF?

The easiest way is to have Acrobat Installed (Full version - not the free
Reader software) and then you print the schedule using the Adobe Printer
which will be in your choices of printer.

Check out PDFCreator. It is an open source program available from
SourceForge. Googling it up should find a download link. Works from any
Windows program that prints
