How do I convert a Word document to Microsoft Reader format?

I am now working with Office 2003 Professional. In older versions of Word,
there was a download to convert a Word file to the Microsoft Reader format. I
am not able to fine the download for 2003. Is there a new way of going about
it, or have they moved it to Publisher? If so, how do I do it in Publisher.
