how do I convert pdf to powerpoint?

You can't "convert" PDF to PowerPoint in the pure sense. A couple of
alternatives include exporting the PDF pages as jpgs or some other picture
file that can be inserted while in PPT. The other is to use your snap shot
tool in Adobe to "highlight" then copy and paste individual pictures into PPT
slides. Be sure to increase your "View" in Adobe (150 - 200%) to get a
quality photo for your PPT. This will give you a large file.

Of course, neither of these options is editable. To that point, you could
use your text tool in Adobe and do a Insert > Paste Special > Unformatted
Text into text boxes in your pre-formatted slides (Paste Titles and Text
separately). TEdious work at best.
