Converts HTML and PDF to Word

Just recently, I find that when I open an HTML or PDF document, the system converts it to uneditable Word and displays it but invites me to make it editable. I don't remember doing anything to initiate action this so why is it doing it and how do I stop it?

i believe you can use the online free converters, they are fast and very helpful
