how do I copy a font from windows 98 to disk to use on windows XP

Help, have got new computer with windows xp and word 2000, the old system I
had ran on windows 98 and had word 200 as well, however the font I used for
all my note paper was called Hansonshand and this is not on my new system is
there a way I can copy the font onto disk from my old system and use it on my
new!!!
