How do I copy an event from one outlook calendar to another?

also, can you email your calendar in outlook after you have created it?
I am trying to creat 2 calendars, one for just my work schedule but I have
already put it on my initial one now trying to copy only the work information
to the other one.

Hi, CandiceJKB,

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to accomplish, but you can try using
categories to assign to certain items (work for work, home for home) and
then create a view that only shows items from whichever category you wish.

Outlook is quite flexible in how you view items. You can send appointments
to someone via e-mail, and that may meet your needs for copying an event
from one calendar to another.

If you need more information, post back with details on what you're trying
to do, as well as the specific configuration you have.
