Start with saving the Excel file to your hard drive.

In you are using Windows XP CD writing software, go to Windows XP Help and
Support. Type CD in the search box. The search will return an entry
explaining how to copy the file.

In you are using third party software {perhaps added by your OEM if you
purchased your computer with Windows XP pre-installed}, open the CD writing
application and check Help.
