how do I copy contact categories to a new colleague?

I'm training a new colleague and want to pass on to her some of my contact
categories for her own Outlook files. I can't find the procedure in Help or
online.

hanks, I think it did help. The way I understand it is I have to copy the
all contacts to a new file. Then I can just erase those categories I don't
want to pass on.

Or, you can switch your view of the Contacts folder to By Category and copy
only the categories you want to your new .PST file.
