how do I copy my old Word Macros onto my new computer

Seems like something I should be able to figure out but duh. Any suggestions

You would probably get a better response by posting to a newsgroup that
deals with VBA in Word. This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Project,
a scheduling/planning application.
