How do I copy the content of multiple cell in excel

How do I copy the content of multiple cell in excel.
(instead of entering the edit line of every cell, copy the text and pasting)

hold down the Ctrl key, click on all of the desired cells, then hit c. Now,
you can let go for the Ctrl. :)
