How do I create a custom tag printed front and back?

I want to make small tags that fold in half and are printed front and back to
attach to candle wicks. Is this possible?

2 inch by 1 inch so it will fold in half and be a 1 inch square. Or maybe as
big as 1.5 inches. I want it to open like a book and have printing on the
front and back of the book plus the inside. Does that make sense?

Thanks for the reply!!! :)

Do you plan on making them all different or all the same?

All the same.

In that case, it's probably easiest to do something like this.

File > Page Setup > Printer and Paper
Set the paper size to the paper size you're going to be printing on.
Go to the Layout tab, set the size to Custom: 1" x 2" (or whatever).
Go to Change Copies per Sheet, and set up the options in there. You will
want to have the left and right margins the same, do some maths to work
out how you need to set the left margin and horizontal gap to allow
that. If you're going to be using a paper cutter/guillotine, then it's
probably easier if you have no gap; if you're going to be using
scissors, a half-inch-or-so gap will make life simpler.
Click OK twice
Go to Arrange > Layout Guides
Set the grid guides to two columns, and remove the margins (or add a
very small margin and space between, to stop you from going too close to
the edges with your design; bad practice)
Insert a new page. You now have two pages, each with two halves. Design
your publication with pages 4 and 1 on the first page (in that order)
and 2 and 3 on the second page. Print page 1 (however many times you
want), then turn the stack of paper over, reinsert it into the printer,
and print page 2 the same number of times. Cut out and fold. See if you
can get a bone folder, it will give nicer folds.

Thank you so much. I am not sure I understand what you said, but once I get
into the program and start working, I'm hoping I can follow your directions!!
I really appreciate your help on this! :)
