How do I create a file with multiple documents, spreadsheets and .

I want to create a "daybook" that contains documents, spreadsheets and
databases. I recall that there was a way to create this book but I can't
find the procedure in my current version of Office XP.

You are probably referring to the "Office Binder".
It was discontinued (exactly when, I can't remember).
