How do I create a newsletter that can be folded for mailing?

I am creating a newsletter and I want to be able to fold it in half, slap on
an address label and send. Does anyone know how set up the last page so that
I can do this?

You'll want to use the Booklet option under Page Setup. Setup the last
page blank apart from whatever you might want to have on an address page
(e.g. marks for where to stick the address label, marks for where to
attach a postage stamp, your logo, etc.)
