How do I create a personal bullet list from scratch, not using th.

From what I see with Bullets and Numbering you can only change the way the
predefined ones look. I want to create my own personalized bullet list. Is
there any way of doing this?

Select a bullet
Click the "Customize" button
Click the "Characters" button to select from a group of Symbols
Click the "Picture" button to select from a group of Web bullets
From within the "Picture" category you there is also a button labeled
"Import..." from where you can import your own graphic.
