How do I create a wizard?

I want to create "my" own wizards - specialize them for my staff. Is that
possible in Office 2003/XP?

Yes. Wizards are really just highly stylized UserForms. See the FAQ on the
MVP FAQ site (below) dealing with userforms. Otherwise, if you pick up books
on Word vba programming, you will find at least one that takes you step -
by - step through creating such a "wizard" UserForm.
