How do I create an introduction for my website using Publisher 20.

James

I have my website posted, but I want to create a short introduction video,
possibly from Powerpoint, just showing my website name and with maybe some
audio merging into the first page of the website.

Also, is there a way in publisher to keep music going the whole time during
all pages in the website?

Check out http://www.atxbass.com to see what I'm working with

Don't know how, but I know when I visit a site with music that cannot be turned off,
my stay on the site is brief and a one time only.
Might think about making your pages more narrow...

One thing I'm not going to do is make the pages more narrow. People need to
use high res monitors and stop using the 'i'm blind' setting. 1280x1024. so
the music should go huh? sounds like a good idea, thanks.

800 x 600 is the standard. You don't meet the standard, I don't visit your
site (even though I use 1024 x 768)

You want to buy everyone visiting your site a monitor and graphics card that
support that resolution?

If you want people to visit your site, you need to pander to their needs,
not expect them to change all their settings just to view your site.

Oh yeah! Me first! I'll even pass on the monitor (I like my 19" CRT) but I
would really appreciate a new graphics card. I'm still running a 16MB
Voodoo3 card. A basic 128 would be lovely. Thank you. :)

There's nothing wrong with a 16MB Voodoo3 card! The best desktop system in
my house has one of them :)

I like the card but I wish I had better graphics now. The system is 4½ years
old now. Still runs great but I'd like a little more speed.

I've changed my site's resolution to 800 x 600 after hearing your comments.
http://www.atxbass.com. Any other suggestions? Besides adding content, I'll
get to that as soon as all my inventory arrives in the mail!

James, I think your site looks good. I don't have any comments because I
don't see any problems with the site. It is very easy to read.
