How do I customize the page that displays distribution lists?

Now, all I can display are names and email addresses. I would like to add
other information, like company and phone number.

Why? DL's are for grouping recipients of electronic messages. Those fields
would be of no use in a DL. That's why they aren't included in DL's and
never would be.
Are you aware of Contacts? That's where this information is stored.
