How do I delete a background that I downloaded and saved?

I right clicked on a photo on the Disney website and saved it as a
background. Now when I change the background 1/4 of the Disney background
remains on top of the new background chosen
I have clicked on appearances in the control panel, clicked background,
highlighted the downloaded background and tried to delete. Can you help?

I am using W2K3. I have no idea where in XP is your file named Wallpaper. Do a search for the file Wallpaper on your computer and delete the Disney background from there. You do know the name of that background that you downloaded?
