how do i delete a frame around text I copied from a web site?

i copied a list of names and addresses from a site; it was inside a frame I
would like to delete to rearrange the data. How do I delete the frame and
will that allow me to rearrange the test?

Frame or table? If it's a table (as is often the case), use Table | Convert
| Table to Text, making sure that "Convert nested tables" is checked.
