How do I delete an existing password in Outlook?

My computer is connected to another computer in the office via a network
cable, this used to be password protected. I cannot send or receive messages
because it keeps asking for a password, i have deleted all accounts and even
reinstalled office, but still it persists for this anonymous password. Can
anyone help?????

After furious head scratching, Antdamm asked:
