How do I disable ALL filters In Outlook 2000 and start over?

My husband was demonstrating the use of filters and somehow it resulted in
setting a filter that now sends all of my new email directly to my delete
folder. I need help disabling a filter that seems to affect all of my email.

Take a look at the rules wizard to see if he set a rule that acts on all
messages. (It is under the Tools menu)
