In the icon field in the list of email messages (the icon field is the one
with the envelope), how do I get it to show the little arrows next to the
envelope that indicate that the message was replied to or forwarded? I know
it can be done (I've seen it on other computers, and I have the same version
of Outlook -- Outlook 2003), but on my computer the icon field only shows
either a closed envelope or an open envelope.
